The rooms, being in a villa surrounded by greenery, are furnished with a good compromise of rusticity, elegance, and simplicity.
They all have a private bathroom, hairdryer, air conditioning, heating, minibar, 24” and 32” LCD TV, and free Wi-Fi.
Almost all of them have a balcony, but only some enjoy the view of the surrounding valley.
Classic room
The classic room type is located on the first floor of the villa or on the ground floor, some have independent access, they can be equipped with additional beds, have a TV, minibar, private bathroom with shower that includes toiletries and linens. They are air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter.
Upon request, each room can be equipped with a bathrobe and an additional towel for visiting the Saturnia Thermal Baths or the Mulino Waterfalls, in white color as required by the thermal dress code.
Room with a view
The type of room with a view has a terrace with a table and chairs where you can admire the panoramic view of the Albegna River Valley and breathtaking sunsets. The room is air-conditioned and equipped with a TV, mini-bar, and private bathroom with complimentary toiletries, wall-mounted hairdryer, and linens. The room with a view offers absolute privacy and tranquility. Decorated in rustic style, it allows our guests to relax in the peaceful atmosphere of Maremma. Upon request, each room can be provided with a bathrobe and an additional towel for visits to the Terme di Saturnia or Cascate del Mulino, both requiring guests to wear white attire as per the thermal dress code.
Apartment
Independent apartment of 65 square meters. It consists of a double bedroom, a large living room with a kitchenette equipped with the necessary equipment to prepare food independently, including a refrigerator, a sofa bed, and a single bed. It also has a functioning fireplace that can add enjoyment to winter evenings and a TV in the living room. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, courtesy kit, wall-mounted hairdryer, and linens. The apartment has heating and air conditioning. It is located next to the villa and has a private garden where you can spend hours in relaxation and privacy. Daily cleaning service is included.
Upon request, the apartment can be provided with bathrobes and an additional towel for visiting Saturnia Thermal Baths or Cascate del Mulino, both requiring guests to wear white as part of their dress code for thermal treatments.
